Cheryl Pederson

Cheryl is a light worker whose soul is developed in the fields of relating and communication.  She calls her work Soul Psychology.  Her work with her soul allows her to shed sight on individual patterns helping them to broaden their understanding of themselves.  She feels too often individuals have a narrow view of themselves and their lives.  Cheryl helps individuals clarify their purpose and explore their opportunities.   Cheryl is a registered nurse with a graduate degree in Sound, Color & Vibration.  She resides in Cave Creek, AZ where she runs The HEART Center (The Holistic Education and Relationship Training Center). 

Cheryl believes we are all co-creators awakening to new potentials and opportunities daily.  She seeks to guide those ready to explore their potential as co—creators in a deeper way.  With the expansion of consciousness occurring for humanity the opportunities are ripe for all.

Why Ionize?

You want two things from an ionizer: clean and healthy water. To understand the technological advancements you'll find in the Athena, which create its outstanding performance, you should read the basics of how an ionizer works (click to page "The Basics of pH and ORP"). Other considerations in performance are durability, or how long the unit will perform, and functionality.

Research states that the ideal level for drinking alkaline water is between pH8.5 - pH9.5 with an ORP of -250mv. It is unimportant if an ionizer creates big -ORP numbers at really high levels of pH. For most people, water over a pH10 begins to acquire an unpleasant taste due to the heavy concentration of minerals. What is important is drinking water at the mildly alkaline levels of pH8.5 - pH9.5 with good -ORP. Voice Confirmation This feature audibly tells you (the machine actually speaks to you) what type of water you have selected each time you use the ionizer. The volume is fully adjustable, allowing you to turn it up, down, or completely off.

Yin Yoga with Anne Palaschuk

In a Yin Yoga class you can expect to work in seated, prone or supine yoga postures with your muscles relaxed for a period of time – up to 5 min. per pose. 

On a physical level, holding the poses for a longer period enhances  the natural range of motion in the joints.  The muscles are kept soft as you work and deep layers of connective tissue are released.

On an energetic level you work with the breath to release the flow of energy  in the tissues around the joints.

Usually a class will involve a period of time working with Yin poses, balanced with an active Yang practice of flowing Hatha Yoga postures.

The Yin approach is an open, curious and relaxed exploration helping you to discover stillness and greater depth in your yoga practice.
