Yoga For Backs

Date: September 2nd, 2008

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm

Instructor: Anne Palaschuk

Cost: $25.00

This two-hour multi-level session of yoga will address issues of the back to increase strength and flexibility and lengthen the spine. We will work with the breath, combining simple breathing techniques with yoga postures to strengthen muscles loosen tight joints.

If you have been experiencing prolonged or persistent pain, you are advised to check with your doctor, prior to attending this session.

Please bring a blanket and mat to class.

 

Yoga For Hips And Legs

Date: September 3rd, 2008

This two hour multi-level session of yoga will address the issues of hips and legs to increase strength and flexibility in the lower body. Stretching the hips and legs, especially after time spent sitting, creates space in the hip flexors and loosens tight muscles and joints.

Please bring a blanket and mat to class.

 

Ashtanga Yoga
