I had an accident 20 years ago leaving me in severe pain. After many attempts with different therapist to get relief I met Michael, and after the first session of 60 minutes I knew with his techniques and 20 years of knowledge I knew I had to book another appointment for 90 minutes. He not only did the massage he also explained what muscle he was working and how it would help give me relief. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I booked another appointment and look forward to seeing him next week.

I am presently getting the "Bowen Therapy" treatments for arthritis and a torn muscle in my left shoulder. After 3 treatments; one per month, I find, I have considerably less pain, and am able to use my left arm to a much greater degree than I could before. Wow! I recently had a Hot Stone Massage from Kaley and it was fantastic! I was immersed in soothing heat and I felt very relaxed throughout the session. Any tension I had in my back and neck before hand was washed away. What a treat! Monica

Two weeks ago I had a Twi Na myofacial release massage with Lance Smith R.Ac. at Solis Wellness. This facial release treatment returned my shoulder to full range of motion and the pain has not returned. I can now play golf without discomfort. Thank you Lance.
